Terms, Conditions & Participant Agreement

Welcome

Welcome to Mahika Jungle Gym. This document exists to create clarity, safety, and mutual respect for everyone involved. By enrolling in, accessing, or participating in any Jungle Gym program, class, event, or digital content, you agree to the terms below.

Definitions

Participant: Any individual who enrolls in, accesses, or participates in Mahika Jungle Gym programs, classes, events, or digital content.

Program: Any Jungle Gym offering including workouts, classes, events, challenges, and digital content.

Instructor: Certified individuals leading or facilitating Jungle Gym activities.

Community: The collective group of participants, instructors, and staff involved in Mahika Jungle Gym.

1. Nature of the Program

The Jungle Gym is a holistic wellness and movement system that includes, but is not limited to:

Functional workouts and physical training
Mobility, recovery, and stretching practices
Guided meditation and journaling
Lifestyle education and community interaction

All offerings are educational and experiential in nature. The Jungle Gym does not provide medical, therapeutic, or clinical services, and nothing shared should be interpreted as medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

2. Personal Responsibility & Health Awareness

By participating, you acknowledge that:

You are responsible for your own physical, mental, and emotional well-being
You will listen to your body and modify or stop activities as needed
You understand your personal health history better than anyone else
If you have any medical conditions, injuries, are pregnant, or have concerns about physical activity, you agree to consult a qualified healthcare professional before participating.

3. Assumption of Risk

You understand that physical activity and wellness practices—especially those conducted outdoors or in natural environments—carry inherent risks. By participating, you voluntarily accept and assume all risks, whether known or unknown, associated with:

Physical movement and exercise
Outdoor and nature-based environments
Group or individual participation
Online or in-person sessions

4. Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to release and hold harmless:

Mama Rix, Mahika, Jungle Gym, and all instructors, staff, contractors, partners, and affiliates

From any claims, liabilities, or damages arising from participation, including but not limited to:

Physical injury
Illness
Emotional distress
Loss or damage to property

This release applies whether participation is live, recorded, online, or in person.

5. Results & Expectations

Every individual responds differently to wellness and movement practices. While the Jungle Gym is committed to delivering high-quality guidance and structure:

No specific results are guaranteed
Outcomes depend on personal consistency, lifestyle, and individual circumstances
Participation is a partnership—not a promise of specific physical or emotional outcomes

6. Payments, Access & Refund Policy

All payments are final and non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in writing.
This includes memberships, programs, challenges, events, and digital content.
Missed sessions, unused access, personal schedule conflicts, or changes in circumstances do not qualify for refunds or transfers.

100 Days Program:
Your access is valid for 100 days and will be canceled after that time. If you wish to extend your access, you will need to repurchase the program.

7. Community Conduct & Mahika Culture

Mahika Jungle Gym is built on:

Respect
Personal responsibility
Supportive energy
Conscious communication

Participants agree to engage respectfully with instructors and community members. Mama Rix reserves the right to remove or restrict access to any participant whose behavior compromises the safety, integrity, or culture of the community. Such decisions are made thoughtfully and in alignment with Mahika values.

8. Intellectual Property

All Jungle Gym materials—including videos, programs, audio, written content, branding, and frameworks—are the intellectual property of Mama Rix / Mahika. Materials are provided for personal use only and may not be copied, distributed, recorded, sold, or repurposed without written permission.

8a. Digital Content Usage

All digital content provided by Mahika Jungle Gym, including videos, audio, downloadable materials, and online resources, is for personal use only. Participants may not stream, download, share, distribute, or reproduce any digital content without explicit written permission from Mama Rix / Mahika. Unauthorized use may result in termination of access and potential legal action.

8b. Third-Party Services

The only third-party service we use for payments is PayPal. When you make payments through PayPal, your transaction data is handled according to PayPal's privacy and security policies. We do not store your payment information on our systems. Please refer to PayPal's official site for details on their data handling practices.

9. Media & Community Sharing

Participation in live or in-person sessions may involve photography or video recording for educational or promotional purposes. If you prefer not to appear in media, you may request an opt-out in writing prior to participation.

10. Program Updates & Adjustments

To maintain quality and integrity, Mama Rix may:

Adjust schedules
Update content
Modify program structure

Any changes are made with participant experience and program evolution in mind.

11. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining sections remain valid and in effect.

12. Acknowledgment

By enrolling or participating, you confirm that you have:

Read and understood this agreement
Accepted personal responsibility for your participation
Chosen to engage in the Jungle Gym consciously and willingly

Mahika Jungle Gym exists to support growth—physically, mentally, and emotionally—within a culture of respect and responsibility. This agreement protects:

The community
The integrity of the space
The people who lead it
And you, as a conscious participant

This is where showing up becomes who you are.
