Shipping policy
SHIPPING POLICY
Every Mama Rix Jungle Gym item is made to order. Nothing sits in a warehouse — your piece gets printed after you buy it. That means two timelines, not one.
1. Production
2–5 business days. This is when your order is printed, embroidered, and quality-checked.
2. Shipping
Once production is done, your order ships from a fulfillment facility.
- United States: 3–5 business days
- Canada: 5–10 business days
- International: 10–20 business days
Total estimated delivery: 5–10 business days for U.S. orders. Add production time to shipping time — that's your real arrival window.
Tracking
You'll get a confirmation email when you order, and a second email with tracking once your package ships. Check your spam folder if you don't see it.
Shipping costs
Calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Delays
Peak seasons, weather, and customs can add time. If your order is significantly past the estimated window, email hello@mamarix.com and we'll track it down.
Wrong address
If a package is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, you're responsible for reshipping costs. Please double-check your address at checkout.
Lost or damaged
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or doesn't arrive at all, contact hello@mamarix.com within 30 days of the delivery estimate with your order number and a photo if it's a quality issue. We'll make it right.
Customs and duties
International orders may be subject to import fees charged by your country. These aren't included in your order total and are the customer's responsibility.
